Built from the ground up by Fiona and Jack, the business has always been rooted in strong family values with a deep connection to Broughty Ferry. 25 years on, those values remain at the heart of everything we do.

Today, the business is led by their son, Gavin Barton, who continues the family legacy alongside a dedicated and experienced local team. We take great pride in offering a personal, trusted lettings service to landlords and tenants throughout Broughty Ferry, Dundee & the surrounding area.
