Have an issue with your property ?

If your maintenance issue endangers you or your property, this is an emergency. If possible, please do your best to isolate the issue.

If you smell gas or suspect a leak, contact the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 available 24/7.

If your heating is not working, check the boiler pressure and ensure it is topped up (gage sitting at 1 minimum). Please check the radiators for any leaks.

If your electricity goes off, please ensure you have paid your electricity bill or topped up your key meter in the first instance.

Please check your fuse box to find any tripped switched. If you notice a switch is facing the opposite way to others, please try switching it back on. If you do this and nothing happens, please do not investigate further – contact us.

If there is a power cut, you can phone 105. They will connect you to the network provider for where you live in Scotland, available 24/7. You can report a power cut and check for live updates online at https://powertrack.ssen.co.uk/powertrack

Replacing bulbs is the tenants responsibility, if the light fitting is difficult to access please contact us and we will assist.

If you have a leak, please identify where the leak is coming from. Do your best to soak up any flooding using buckets or towels to prevent further damage. Contact your neighbours to assess where the leak is coming from.

If your smoke alarm is beeping intermittently, it may be the battery. Please check and change the batteries if required.

If you are locked out of your property due to lost keys, please contact the office. We can provide a spare set. If this happens out of office hours, please contact us on 01382 480043 and select the Emergency option.

If you are locked out of your property due to a broken lock, we will contact a locksmith for you. Again, please contact us if this happens using 01382 480043
